Job summary

LCOR Incorporated is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician for immediate hire at our North Bethesda, MD property. The role involves performing maintenance tasks to preserve and enhance the value of the community and its units.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of community management experience, be able to lift 25–100 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and be available for after-hours emergencies, night shifts, and weekend duty.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years' experience in Community Management
• Must be able to lift 25-100 lbs on a regular basis
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations
• Must be available for night/weekend call duty
• Must be able to work during inclement weather
• Must accompany vendors in occupied units for services
• Will be required to work 1 weekend day
