Responsibilities

• Handle routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests.
• Perform minor repairs (locks, painting, flooring).
• Fix leaky faucets and basic plumbing tasks.
• Install appliances.
• Perform basic grounds keeping and clean vacant units.
