Job summary

PrecisionHR is seeking on-call Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to service clients in a residential home setting on a part-time and full-time basis. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living and implementing programs to improve communication, socialization, and behavior management.

Shifts vary: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with full-time and per diem options. Applicants should be reliable and dependably attend to care needs and schedules.

SCHEDULE

• FullTime and Per Diem available
• 1st Shifts: 7am3pm, 8am4pm
• 2nd Shifts: 3pm11pm, 4pm12am
• 3rd Shifts: 11pm7am, 12am8am

MUST BE RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE WITH BOTH THE CARE YOU PROVIDE AS WELL AS ATTENDANCE.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
• Assist with and teach independent living skills.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal selfcare such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing.
• Accompany participants to various community activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of homes and ensures a healthy living environment for participants.
