Job summary

The Care Team Hospice is seeking a Weekend On-Call Registered Nurse to provide after-hours nursing support for hospice patients at home or in facilities. This role blends independence with collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to manage symptoms and respond to urgent needs.

Expect a weekend schedule (Fri 4:30 PM–Mon 8:00 AM) with a mix of visits and on-call duties, primarily remote when not in the field, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Experience with EMR; Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred.
