Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide after-hours hospice care in home and facility settings, with a 4:00 PM–8:30 AM shift on a 7 on / 7 off schedule from Tawas to West Branch, MI. The role emphasizes compassionate symptom management and crisis intervention in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Active RN licensure is required; hospice field experience is preferred. Remote duties are combined with occasional in-person visits, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Hospice field experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to pass background check and MVR check.
• Current TB testing and CPR certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient and caregiver calls after hours.
• Provide clinical guidance and symptom management.
• Complete urgent in-person visits as needed.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Document all assessments/interventions in EMR HCHB.
