Job summary

Ascend Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time on-call role in Northern Utah (Logan & Brigham areas). You will perform after-hours triage, nursing visits, and support patients and families in their homes, working evenings, nights, and weekends as scheduled.

Ideal candidates hold an active Utah RN license with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice, and demonstrate strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills.

Part-Time On-Call RN – Home Health & Hospice

Location: Northern Utah (Logan & Brigham areas)
Schedule: On-call 1 week per month - Monday–Friday 5:00 PM–9:00 AM, and 24 hours on Saturday & Sunday

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health & Hospice team in a part-time on-call role.

Position Overview

As an On-Call RN, you will provide after-hours triage, nursing visits, and support to patients and families in their homes. You'll collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and timely response to patient needs during evenings, nights, and weekends.

Schedule

• On-call 1 week per month

  • Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 24-hour coverage each day
