Shifts are assigned based on availability, with weekend coverage often required. Starting pay ranges from $19.08 to $21.08 per hour, with employer-paid medical/dental/vision and paid time off.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required.
• Associate degree in a social science field preferred.
• Six months of direct care experience in a mental health setting preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and ProAct certifications required within 30 days of employment.

• Assist clients with daily living skills including eating, personal hygiene, grooming, and other care needs.
• Monitor attendance and encourage participation in activities and therapeutic programs.
• Lead group activities and outings and promote positive social interaction among clients.
