KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Jericho House Apartments in Munising, MI. This role focuses on overall property maintenance, handling service requests, apartment turns, and emergency on-call responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings HVAC knowledge and hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair, plus familiarity with common residential repair tasks.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge is required or preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall is expected.
• Appliance repair skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of basic residential repairs is essential.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools, and operate mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing property maintenance and repairs to keep units and common areas in good condition.
• Handle service requests and respond to maintenance tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist with apartment turns and routine turnover tasks.
• Be available for emergency on-call maintenance as needed.
