Job summary

KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Munising, MI to join our team at Jericho House Apartments. You will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, handling service requests, apartment turns, and emergency on-call to ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have basic HVAC knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair, with the ability to safely use hand and power tools and other mechanical equipment.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
• Appliance repair skills and knowledge of basic residential repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Available for emergency on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property, respond to service requests, and complete apartment turns.
• Provide timely service and assistance to residents.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
