The technician will manage supplies, ensure tools are ready, and respond to maintenance requests while upholding safety standards and a professional appearance. Candidates should have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, along with handyman experience and the ability to follow written or oral

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of property and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand for tasks.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with safety policies including OSHA standards.
• Be available for on-call duty and 24-hour maintenance response.
• Secure maintenance shop at close of day and manage snow/ice removal.
