Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) seeks a Maintenance Technician to support property operations by performing daily repairs, maintaining units, and preparing vacant units for occupancy. The role requires hands-on maintenance of buildings and grounds, inventory management, and on-call availability in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, plus handyman experience and strong communication skills to coordinate with residents and teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to understand written or oral instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsabilités

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant units prep for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and property uniform.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
