Northwest Children's Home, Inc. is seeking a part-time PRN LPN to support a psychiatric residential treatment program for youth.

The nurse will assess, monitor, and document health status, administer medications, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and continuity of care. The role requires collaboration with care teams, participation in discharge planning, and readiness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Formación

• LPN with Idaho license and current practice.
• Experience in psychiatric or pediatric inpatient settings.
• Pass required background checks and agency training.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct nursing assessments, interventions, and treatments.
• Monitor physical and mental health stabilization.
• Perform nursing intakes and discharges.
• Collaborate on disposition planning with the team.
