You will follow established plans, promote active participation, and maintain a safe, engaging environment for elementary and middle school students while adapting to varying schedules.

The role requires flexibility, strong classroom management, and the ability to deliver long-term lessons when assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, physical education, kinesiology, or related field preferred.
• Prior classroom experience with elementary and middle school students desirable.
• Knowledge of age-appropriate physical education activities and safety best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement lesson plans provided by the regular PE teacher.
• Lead age-appropriate PE activities, promoting participation and teamwork.
• Maintain a positive, nurturing learning environment and safe spaces for activity.
• Supervise students in gym, fields, and classrooms; ensure equipment safety.
• Develop and deliver long-term lesson plans aligned with school goals when needed.
