Qualifications

• Previous security or patrol experience preferred, 1–2 years.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the building and surrounding property.
• Monitor parking lots, walkways, entrances, and common areas.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other unwanted activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
• Address unauthorized individuals and rule violations professionally.
• Assist tenants, customers, and property management as needed.
• Document incidents and complete daily activity reports.
