Responsibilities

• Greet patients, take menu selections, and deliver trays with a friendly demeanor.
• Assemble trays according to menu selections and dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate patient information on the unit and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Ensure HACCP and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring NPO or special diets as needed.
