Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and maneuver/push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with culinary team to offer menu alternatives for allergies and cultural preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s selection and retrieve trays on time.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, and facility policies to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Monitor patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring meals are delivered correctly and on time.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports per Morrison Healthcare policies.
