Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for on call Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) at Providence Health Centralia in Centralia, WA 98531. The schedule is on-call with varying days/hours and prior related experience is required.

Fixed pay rate is $19.50 per hour. As part of the patient services team, you will help patients select meals, assemble and deliver trays, and ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA/HACCP guidelines while supporting

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for allergies, cultural/religious preferences.
• Assemble meals according to patient menus and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow regulatory standards and HIPAA/privacy procedures.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients with special diets.
