Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with daily supervision of students to maintain a safe, positive learning environment.
• Administer tests, collect data, update student records, and monitor student progress under teacher direction.
• Assist with monitoring student behavior and support individual educational growth and achievement goals.
• Provide clerical and general classroom assistance as needed (data entry, copying, filing, etc.).
• Administer first aid and provide physical support for students as required.
• Assist with crossing guard duties before and after school.
