Job summary

Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking an experienced registered nurse for an on-call role. You will plan and deliver professional nursing care in accordance with physician orders, department policies, and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.

This position may include additional assignments that can be completed from home as needed by Hospice. A BSN is required, an active Indiana RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.

Independently plans and provides excellent professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, established departmental policies and procedures, American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice, Indiana Nurse Practice Act, and the ANA Code of Ethics Education. This is an on call position only. Will be available for potential addition assignments that can be completed from home as deemed necessary by Hospice.

Experience

Must have 2 years nursing experience in an acute care setting. Home Health experience preferred.
