Job summary

Bristol Hospice is seeking an On Call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support hospice patients in homes, facilities or hospitals. You will guide care, manage refills, coordinate supplies and DME, and perform admissions and discharges within scope.

The role requires travel across our service area, strong nursing skills in hospice and real-time documentation in our EMR system. Expect after-hours work and weekend visits per schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be an LVN/LPN with knowledge of hospice
• Current licensure in good standing with the state
• Ability to travel throughout Bristol Hospice service area
