Job summary

Roundhouse in Spanish Fork, UT is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to upkeep and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool/spa systems. You will respond to work orders, ensuring high-quality finishes while keeping safety and health codes in check.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least one year in maintenance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in general maintenance and repair work.
• Understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry; CP O licensing is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and complete to a high-quality finish.
• Walk the property to catch maintenance issues and ensure safety/health compliance.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas for curb appeal.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on tasks and purchases.
• Keep accurate records of materials, hours, and completion status.
• Take turns in after-hours on-call rotation and snow removal.
• Stay current with maintenance software and document work orders.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs.
