Job summary

Northland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Cypress Shores in Coconut Creek, FL. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping tasks, plus apartment turnovers for move-ins.

On-call responsibilities include after-hours emergencies, nights, and weekends. Applicants should own their own hand tools and be prepared to travel to other properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• Strong communication and teamwork with staff, residents, and vendors.
• Personal hand tools required; power tools provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance service requests and work orders (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, housekeeping).
• Perform apartment turnovers for scheduled move-ins promptly and safely.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies, including nights and weekends; travel to other properties as needed.
