Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general maintenance trades techniques.
• Ability to read and clearly understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections across maintenance trades.
• Install/repair piping for potable water, waste, and utilities; repair lights and fixtures.
• Repair walls, ceilings, tiles, and flooring; assist with painting.
• Operate and maintain job-related tools and equipment; follow safety rules.
