Guidepost Montessori is seeking on-call Substitute Teachers to support multiple mixed-age classrooms (0–6) when regular teachers are out. Training is provided during orientation, with no prior Montessori training required. This flexible, on-call role can lead to full-time Assistant Teacher opportunities within the Guides.

As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll adapt to varying schedules, help sustain calm, engaging environments, and collaborate with staff to ensure consistent care across classrooms.

Formación

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
• Valid state background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
• Passion for working with young children.

Responsabilidades

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency.
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups.
