Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is seeking an Event Concierge to serve as the liaison between the Events team, the on-site meeting contact, and other departments. This role is a highly visible position focused on anticipating guest needs and delivering seamless on-site support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple requests, and the flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

An Event Concierge is the liaison between the Events team, the on-site meeting contact, and the other operational departments. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details. The Event Concierge position was created to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of meeting planners and guests. This person must be a proactive, empowered problem solver who provides seamless, on-site support. This position is a highly visible representative of the hotel who is aimed towards anticipating guest needs and resolving potential problems.
The Event Concierge relationship with operational departments is essential to their role, as they work closely with each to ensure every event is successful. This person will act as an extension of different departments often assisting in Events Services, Event Set Up, Outlets, Engineering and Front Office.
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00.
