Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue seeks an attentive Event Server to deliver food and beverage service at hotel banquets. You will help keep banquet spaces appealing, assist with menu presentation, and support setup and teardown activities.

The role requires physical activity and courteous guest service in a fast-paced hotel setting. Ideal candidates are friendly, service-oriented, and capable of working well with teams while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks at hotel banquet functions and ensure service quality.

• Assist with linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service as required.
• Conduct general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintain sanitary conditions.

Event servers are responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions. They make sure function space is visually appealing and present the menu offering for the event. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes and maintaining a sanitary environment.
