Job summary

TreVista Senior Living, part of Agemark Senior Living, is seeking a compassionate On-Call Medication Tech to support residents and the care team in Antioch, CA.

You will safely assist with medication administration, document care, monitor residents for changes, and help with daily living activities while preserving dignity. Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Medication training, certification, or qualifications applicable to the position.
• Previous senior living, caregiving, or medication assistance experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely assist with medication administration according to physician orders and care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain resident records.
• Observe residents for changes and report to nursing staff promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities while preserving dignity.
• Build connections with residents, families and team members.
• Create a positive environment where residents feel at home.
