Job summary

Intermountain Health Cassia Regional Hospital in Burley, Idaho seeks a PRN Medical Assistant to support clinicians and care teams. The on-call role requires either completion of a Medical Assistant program or at least one year of MA experience, with enrollment in a MA program within six months and completion within a year.

You will gather patient information, assist with visits, and communicate with patients by phone and in person, contributing to high-quality care and PHI protection.

Qualifications

• Proof of completion of a Medical Assistant program OR at least one year of MA work experience.
• Enrollment in a Medical Assistant program within six months and completion within a year of employment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start date.
• Ability to work with patients and caregivers to provide high-quality care and protect PHI.
