Job summary

As an On Call Massage Therapist you will be responsible for providing Massage and Esthetic services to guests with unparalleled personalized service, professionalism and exceptional knowledge in the healing arts.

Greet guests, escort to treatment rooms, prepare rooms, perform prep work and restock as required, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, and promote spa services and promotions. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a licensed massage therapist and esthetician.
• Massage Therapist and Esthetician State License required.
• Experience in a luxury spa and/or hotel spa environment preferred.
• Personal, excellent communication skills, professionalism and love for healing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to a minimum of three days a week inclusive of weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the work area with necessary supplies; ensure the room is immaculate and spa areas are clean.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and spa policies.
• Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and promotions available.
• Attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.

• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
