Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an On Call Spa Attendant to join our Spa team. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, luxurious experience for guests by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the spa, fitness center, and pool facilities.

Reporting to Spa Leadership, you will ensure guest areas are stocked, organized, and inviting, while assisting guests with inquiries and supporting retail displays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional, and personalized experience.
• Assist guests with spa, fitness, and hotel-related inquiries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the spa, fitness center, locker rooms, and pool areas.
• Set up and replenish amenities, linens, refreshments, and guest supplies throughout the day.
• Complete daily opening and closing responsibilities to brand standards.
• Support retail operations and maintain merchandise displays.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all areas meet Four Seasons standards of cleanliness, safety, and luxury.
