Job summary

Moline Investment Management [MIM] | Moline Management, LLC is seeking a reliable full-time Maintenance Technician/Handyman to manage upkeep of a residential rental community in Omaha, NE. The role involves hands-on maintenance, on-call duties, and independent work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, basic repairs, plumbing, appliance installation, and general property upkeep. Health, dental benefits and PTO are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance or construction-related field is preferred.
• Must be available for on-call duties and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use hand and electrical tools safely and effectively.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing demanding tasks with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine work orders and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Perform minor repairs such as locks, painting, flooring, and basic plumbing.
• Install appliances and assist with grounds keeping and cleaning of vacant units.
• Work with limited supervision while maintaining safety and quality.

Moline Investment Management [MIM] | Moline Management, LLC is seeking a reliable, skilled full-time Maintenance Technicians/Handymen to manage the upkeep of a residential rental community in various Omaha, Nebraska.

The ideal candidate will enjoy physical, hands-on work, and must be able to work on their own with little supervision. Applicants MUST have a valid driver license.

Duties will vary day to day, and will include:

• Handling routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests
• Minor repair work, such as fixing broken locks, painting, or replacing carpet or plank flooring
• Basic plumbing work, such as fixing leaky faucets
• Installation of appliances
• Basic grounds keeping
• Cleaning of vacant units and general facilities

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in a maintenance/construction related field desired
• Must be available for ‘On Call’
• Must be able to complete assignments with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with hand and electrical tools
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform other physically demanding tasks
• Commitment to safety and top-quality work is essential

Pay rate will range depending on location, hours, experience and qualifications. Full time employees are eligible for Health and Dental benefits as well as Paid Time Off.
