Job summary

Moline Investment Management [MIM] | Moline Management, LLC is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians/Handymen to support property upkeep. Candidates should enjoy hands-on work, be able to work independently, and have a valid driver's license.

• Physically able to lift, bend and perform demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests.
• Perform minor repairs (locks, painting, carpet/plank flooring).
• Fix leaky faucets and basic plumbing tasks.
• Install appliances and perform basic grounds keeping.
• Clean vacant units and maintain facilities.

full-time Maintenance Technicians/Handymen

The ideal candidate will enjoy physical, hands‑on work, and must be able to work on their own with little supervision. Applicants MUST have a valid driver license.

Duties will vary day to day, and will include:

• Handling routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests
• Minor repair work, such as fixing broken locks, painting, or replacing carpet or plank flooring
• Basic plumbing work, such as fixing leaky faucets
• Installation of appliances
• Basic grounds keeping
• Cleaning of vacant units and general facilities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in a maintenance/construction related field desired
• Must be available for ‘On Call’
• Must be able to complete assignments with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with hand and electrical tools
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform other physically demanding tasks
• Commitment to safety and top-quality work is essential

Pay rate will range depending on location, hours, experience and qualifications. Full time employees are eligible for Health and Dental benefits as well as Paid Time Off.
