Northland in Sparks, NV, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Lumina at Spanish Springs, a 330-unit luxury community. You will address maintenance requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and pool care while ensuring safe, efficient operations and timely apartment turnovers for move-ins.

As part of Northland's team, you will provide high-level service to residents, vendors, and guests, with after-hours on-call duties including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, residents, and vendors.
• Must provide own hand tools; power tools provided.

Responsabilidades

• Complete maintenance service requests and work orders, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Perform apartment turnovers for scheduled move-ins in a timely manner.
• Handle after-hours emergency calls and be on-call, including nights and weekends.
