Job summary

DMA Companies in Jasper, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance across a multifamily community. You will work directly with the Property Manager to uphold DMA standards and service quality.

The role includes after-hours emergencies, make-readies, minor repairs, and coordination with vendors. Must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of property maintenance experience.
• EPA certification preferred or willingness to obtain immediately.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Able to meet on-call and after-hours requirements.
• Able to travel to other DMA properties when required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure community operates at peak condition.
• Work with Property Manager to meet budget and standards.
• Complete make-readies/turnovers including painting, repairs, carpentry, and cleaning.
• Coordinate with HVAC vendors for repairs and warranty work.
• Assist at other DMA communities when needed.
• Respond to urgent callouts as required.
