Era Living is seeking an on-call Maintenance Technician II for the University House Issaquah Community in Issaquah, WA. This role supports the Maintenance Team with a variety of repairs. Shifts are flexible, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM as needed.
You’ll work on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and routine upkeep to keep the community safe and comfortable for residents. Must have a HS diploma, technical training or experience, and a WA driver’s license.

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining the community in good repair including routine plumbing, plastering, painting, lighting, electrical, carpentry, roofing, and mechanical maintenance and repairs of the community and equipment.
Possess moderate to higher level technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment generally used in a health care setting
Advanced knowledge of basic construction principles
Valid Washington State Driver's License
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
High school graduate or GED certificate, required
One year technical school training or 2 years' experience, required
