Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician in its New Jersey community. This full-time role focuses on maintaining facilities to meet company standards and legal requirements, with emphasis on quality workmanship and resident service.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues, maintain common areas, and respond to service tickets while communicating updates to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
