Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily properties.
• HVAC/EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, roofing, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property is well kept and address safety concerns immediately.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Diagnose and perform minor maintenance, including HVAC troubleshooting and pool maintenance if applicable.
• Assist in moving appliances and furniture as needed and manage on-site storage.
