Job summary

The Tipton Asset Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment complex in top condition in Houston, TX.

You will handle day-to-day maintenance and assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative tasks, ensuring resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include on-call 24-hour emergencies and grounds work; candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of experience, HVAC certification, and be able to use their own tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of experience and HVAC certification.
• Provide/use of own tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day upkeep of the apartment complex.
• Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies.
• complete grounds work such as trash pick-up and light landscaping.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative maintenance.
