Friedman Real Estate LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service Park at Salerno in Houston, TX. The role involves prepping apartments for turns, completing maintenance requests, and performing preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems within a multifamily setting.

Requirements include at least two years of on-site maintenance experience in multi-family properties, a valid driver's license, and a basic tool kit.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification a plus.
• Be responsible and reliable.
• Must have basic set of tools.
• Two years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• Candidates must prove they have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Have detailed knowledge of make ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.

Responsabilités

• Prepping apartments for make-ready turns.
• General maintenance duties as necessary.
• On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls.
• Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical.
