Responsibilities

• Maintain daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community.
• Perform services for HVAC, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, and refurbishment of apartments.
• Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and strong time management; deliver internal and external customer service.
