Job summary

Buckingham is seeking a tenacious maintenance professional who demonstrates a high sense of urgency, manages priorities effectively, is coachable and overcomes obstacles. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation.

As a member of the Property Management team, you will perform daily repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and grounds, with on-call availability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available for 24-hour on-call maintenance on schedule.
• Own a smartphone device for work communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community.
• Service HVAC, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds and structural elements; refurbishments as needed.
• Demonstrate accountability, ownership and strong internal/external customer service.
