Buckingham is seeking a tenacious maintenance professional who demonstrates a high sense of urgency and strong prioritization to maintain an optimal resident experience and property presentation.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle daily repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, grounds, and structural elements, with emphasis on accountability, time management, and customer service. On-call availability and a company-supported benefits program are included.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Available for 24-hour on-call maintenance on schedule.
• Own smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement provided).
• Reliable transportation.

As Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with a high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management skills and internal and external customer service.
