Velociti Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the condition, safety, and functionality of client premises in Tulsa. You’ll handle inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, inventory, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has HVAC and EPA 608 Universal Certification, plus experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems; strong problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
• HVAC certification from an accredited program required.
• Experience maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment and building structures.
• Develop and apply preventive maintenance procedures.
• Schedule repairs to minimize disruption for clients.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services.
