Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to prioritize work orders.
Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Maintain an organized inventory of tools and supplies.
Assist with apartment turnovers and move-ins.
Respond to emergency maintenance issues, including after-hours.
On-call rotation; weekend work as needed.
