The ideal candidate will take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property while ensuring necessary tools and equipment are available. Responsibilities include operating various tools, handling service requests, and maintaining properties according to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools, including power tools.
• Basic understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Handle lock-outs and 24-hour service requests.
