Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance, repair, construction, or similar work.
• Knowledge of construction, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift at least 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication via email and text messaging.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow directions meticulously.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and identify repair needs at multiple locations.
• Respond to maintenance requests with professionalism.
• On-call, after-hours and weekend maintenance availability.
• Repair painting, patching, plumbing, electrical, and structural issues promptly.
• Install equipment and appliances; troubleshoot as needed.
• Inspect properties, photograph work, and report issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace; travel between locations as required.
