Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. seeks an On-Call Caregiver (HHA/CNA preferred) to support seniors and disabled adults in their homes.

You will cover last-minute call-outs, assist with personal care, mobility, meals, errands, and light housekeeping, and provide companionship in private homes, assisted living, or hospice settings. On-CALL shifts are paid a flat-rate standby stipend plus hourly pay for all hours worked; bonuses and mileage pay are available, with full-time hours and flexible

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an experienced On-CALL Caregiver to support seniors and disabled adults in their homes. HHA or CNA is preferred, but strong experience with elderly clients will be considered.

What You'll Do

On-CALL Expectations

• Agree to specific on-CALL days and hours.




• Receive a flat-rate on-CALL stipend plus hourly pay for all hours worked.




• Return calls within 15 minutes and be able to leave for a shift within 30 minutes.




• Accept all assignments during your on-CALL period.




• Maintain reliable transportation and complete required documentation on time.
