Qualifications

• Required minimum of one year prior experience as a Restaurant Server, Pool Attendant, Guest Service-related position, in a comparable environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Prior culinary and guest relations training preferred.
• Any combination of education and experience suitable for the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the deck for service and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist guests with seating and towels, take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Input orders into POS system and ensure transmission of beverage order is verified at the bar.
• Collect payment and perform proper check settlement procedures.
• Report tips at the end of the assigned shift.
• Perform opening and closing side duties as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
