Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero is seeking an On-Call House Attendant who embodies hospitality, charm and professionalism to deliver guest requests to exacting standards in a luxury hotel setting.

You will clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, restock supplies, respond to guest requests for amenities, report maintenance issues and assist with laundry while adhering to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
• Restock and organize supplies
• Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services
• Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to appropriate staff
• Follow established cleaning and safety procedures
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues
• Adhere to established schedules and work in a timely manner
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
