Bridgeway Community Health is seeking an On-Call Licensed Practical Nurse for the NOC shift to join its Medically Managed Withdrawal team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and maintain documentation in a structured inpatient setting.

The ideal candidate holds an Oregon LPN license, has a state nursing program degree, and brings strong assessment and communication skills. Night shifts and competitive wages are offered within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a state-accredited nursing program.
• Current and unencumbered LPN license in Oregon at time of appointment.
• One year LPN experience preferred; new grads may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments under supervision.
• Maintains accurate medical documentation and charting.
• Performs focused nursing assessments for inpatient clients.
• Educates clients about treatments and coordinates with physicians.
